Cancellation & Refund

At Renz Poterie Studio, we aim to provide quality service and handcrafted products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below:
Pottery Classes Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the class for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, but we can offer a reschedule. No-shows will not be refunded. If we cancel a class (e.g., due to low enrollment or emergencies), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Ceramic Products All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost. We do not accept returns for minor imperfections, as these are part of the handmade nature of our ceramics.
