Welcome to Renz Poterie Studio. By using our website, purchasing our handmade ceramics, or booking a pottery class, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products

All items are handmade and may have slight variations—this is part of their charm.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

No returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged on delivery (contact us within 48 hours with photos).

2. Pottery Classes

Full payment is required to confirm your spot.

Cancellations made 48 hours before  are refunded, transferred or  rescheduled.

If we cancel a class, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.

3. Safety

Please follow all studio safety guidelines. We are not liable for injuries caused by misuse of tools or ignoring instructions.

4. Privacy

Your personal details are safe with us and only used for bookings, orders, or studio updates.
